Netball Practice On 18/07/2011

Actually, I fine that some people are laughing at me during netball practice. I don't like it! So, if you are the person, please stop it. I may do it wrong as I am new to the game. You may not know that you may have done it 10-100 times more than I did. You will also not like it if you are me and I laugh at you right?

My Home

My home is a place where I like to spend time with my family. I love to play and sleep in my room as I know it is always filled with warmth and love. I always feel safe at home.

I love my home!!

NE Show 2011

It was Saturday 2pm when I arrived at school. I was perspiring profusely as I have just gotten to school after an English tuition. We were asked to take our temperature to ensure that we are not having a fever. After that, we went to collect our fun packs and dinner. There was different designs.

I was surprised that our dinner would be KFC. I expected it to be packed rice.

We left for the marina bay platform as soon as we got our things. In the bus many of us occupied ourselves with the music on our hand phone.

No long later, we reached our destination. We walked a distance and climbed up a flight of stairs. We could hear the blasting of the national day songs. We waited for quiet some time.

However, it was all worth it, rushing to school, walking a long distance and waiting for a long time. There were live firing, dances, different acts of the old times in Singapore and of course my favorite, fireworks.

I have been to a few national day parades, but it could never be compared to the one I went this year. I hope I will have another chance to watch the national day parade.

Difficulties In Life

There are many difficulties that we all must go through in life. Difficulties like, not enough food and no house to stay is not so common in Singapore. We are all fortunate to be able to afford a house and three meals and more a day. We need not worry about all these, however in some countries there are many cases of it.

In any case, if we face an obstacle or difficulty, we should always overcome it.

June Holidays

I had always thought that my June holidays would be a horrible one. Usually if we are leaving the country during the holidays, my parents would plan ahead.

But it was a totally different thing this year. My parents were as usual doing their office work.

On the first day of the school holidays, my father came up with a good idea. It is to go to Malaysia to visit his friend. A few days later we decided to email his friend to check whether they are free.

The next day, she replied and said that she was free. We than decided to look for a hotel to stay and book the air ticket. By the second or third week, we booked both the hotel and the air ticket.

The trip went well. I had a memorable trip. I wish to have another one although it is a country near Singapore.

Joke Of The Day

A husband-and-wife photography team we know shoot their pictures together, do their developing and printing together—in fact, they're together 24 hours of the day. We wondered how they managed to keep up such good working relations.

"Well, frankly," the wife said, "it wouldn't work out if one of us didn't have a good disposition."

"Which one?" we asked.

"Oh," she laughed, "we take turns."
